    COFLON™ COATED FABRICS

COFLON™ PTFE coated glass fabrics are used extensively in plastic packaging industries as a release in heat-sealing of plastic bags. Further applications include - conveyor belts for fuser press machines in the clothing industry, conveyor belts for screen printing dryer tunnels, conveyor belts for continuous sealing in the plastic industry as well as for baking and cooking applications in both the industrial as well as domestic kitchens.

The material is manufactured and supplied from high quality materials and is supplied in various widths and thickness. The material can be supplied with a Silicone adhesive or can be supplied plain. The widths vary from 10mm up to 1000mm. All slit rolls under 1000mm in width are supplied in roll lengths of 30m. Full width material can be supplied in required lengths.

• The Silicone adhesive – supplied as standard – is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260 deg C.

• The temperature capability of this material is from -70 deg C to + 260 deg C.
