 COFLON™ PTFE coated materials are ideal for use in certain specialised belting applications. The fabric provides a high temperature surface solution to certain problem applications. The well known release properties are also beneficial to the product.

Three main application areas have been identified and the belts have been classified accordingly.

Applications

• Standard Belts - Used in the clothing industry, food industry and plastic packaging industries.

• Sealing Bands - Used in the plastic packaging industry on continuous sealing machines.

• Open Weave Belts - Used in screen printing, UV & IR curing, and some shrink wrap applications.
